Blue Spirulina Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
- 8 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1.5 Cups Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tsp Blue Spirulina
- 1/2 Cup blackberries or fruit of choice
Directions:
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar
- Stir until mixed together
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
- Top with fruit of choice
