Blue Spirulina Chia Seed Pudding


 

Chia seeds have long been revered for their omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein content, making them a staple in any health-conscious pantry. Combined with the vivid hue and nutrient density of blue spirulina, this recipe transcends the ordinary, offering a visually stunning and nutritionally dense dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tsp Blue Spirulina
  • 1/2 Cup blackberries or fruit of choice

Directions:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar
  • Stir until mixed together
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Top with fruit of choice
