I don't know about you, but I LOVE coffee. Although caffeine can be a big debate in the health industry as to whether or not it is healthy for our bodies, I believe as long as aren't overcaffeinated we can enjoy this tasty beverage and even find ways to make it healthier for us!

  4. You are less likely to develop Parkinson's disease.

Here are a few tips for enjoying this tasty beverage: 

  • Don't drink on an empty stomach or better yet make it a protein coffee
  • Stay away from the sugary drinks
  • Don't drink it less than 6 hours before bed

Ingredients:

  • Drip Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter- My favorite is Miyoko's
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder- My favorite is Marine Collagen
  • 1 scoop Inulin Powder
  • Optional Sugar Free Flavors like
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Cinnamon Spice
    • Pumpkin Spice
    • Sugar Free Syrups- My go to flavors

Directions:

  • Add Butter To Mug
  • Add 1/2 Mug full of coffee
  • Add Collagen & Inulin Powder
  • Mix together until butter is melted
  • Fill the mug with more coffee & blend again
  • Enjoy!
