Balsamic Chicken & Veggies
Servings: 4 Calories: 350 Fat: 11g Carbs 10g Protein: 50g Ingredients: 4 Oz Skinless Chicken Breast 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper 4 Roma Tomatoes Cut In 4ths 12 Medium Button Mushrooms 2 Cups Broccoli Florets 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 3.5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Directions: Preheat Oven to 375 Deg F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on baking sheet Toss veggies with olive oil and lay on baking sheet in one layer Cook for 20-25 mins or until Chicken reaches 165 deg F While that cools mix together the garlic, oregano, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil Each serving is 6oz Chicken, 4 tomato quarters, 3 mushrooms and 1/2 cup of broccoli.
